General Contracting
We provide a Cost Plus pay structure for construction oversight. This applies to Renovations and New Construction. Additionally, our company goal is to avoid material markups, and additional fees scattered throughout the build process. Fees are upfront and thoroughly communicated by contract.

We provide Construction management to local investors and property owners. Whether you are interested in building your home, a family members home, or a future rental property, we can help.
This process includes scheduling all trades, bidding, budgeting, material acquisition, permitting, and overall construction processes for successful project completion.

GC Consulting
It is not uncommon for property owners to seek becoming their own GC. In this case, we offer a consulting package. What does this entail?
Simply put, we consult while you maintain your position as GC. This is formulated on a retainer and we become your consultant throughout the process. It allows you to save money and not be left in the dark.

Fee Structure:
Consulting prices generally account for 2.5% of the total Estimated construction cost paid in 3 phases throughout your project. We do not increase price based on final construction cost.
